Great spacious room with air conditioning and towels provided. Highlight is the nearby Zaci cenote which costs a small fee to enter, giving you easy access to a refreshing pool. The owner/manager was very accommodating and spoke English, providing helpful recommendations.
The property lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms and street traffic. The lack of a proper door lock raised concerns about security.

The owner was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the shared kitchen and patio were nice amenities. The location was also convenient, with only a short walk to the main square and in a safe neighborhood.
The lack of soundproofing was a major drawback, as it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with noise from neighboring rooms and street traffic. Additionally, there was no hot water available.
